DESIGN METHODOLOGY
Business
Vizion is a
dynamic startup, with expertise in graphic services.
We offer services ranging from business collateral (such as
flyers, brochures, banners, letterheads, envelopes,
etc.) to web design (html),
usability studies, surveys, and user research
projects.
Planning and
Estimation
Vizion performs
cost estimation and responds to the client within 2
business days. The estimation process accounts for
time, resources and cost. The estimate provided to
the client is concise and clear on the time frames
involved, the artifacts and the basic description of
the requirements and any other expectations (both
from Vizion-usa and the client). The report contains
the contact information of the Vizion employee
assigned to the project, the estimated delivery
dates, cost, basis of estimation and requirements
summary.
Progress
The prototypes are
presented to the stakeholders and feedback is
documented. Further prototypes are created based on
new input or the initial prototypes are refined on
feedback. After a reasonable round of iterations,
the client is presented with the final draft.
Payment and Closure
On final delivery,
the full payment is requested in the form of a check,
made out to Vizion-usa. Our business is based on
trust and client satisfaction as we do not accept or
take payment prior to delivery.
The only exception to the above postulate is when
one of our professionals is contracted to work for
the client on an ongoing basis (either long or short
duration). Our professionals are open to contract
work, where the policies and standards of the client
are adhered to. In this business mode, payment is
bimonthly unless otherwise dictated (either by
client or Vizion-usa) |
